You may receive attachments in this portal for some replies. The Secure Attachments functionality is a safer way to send and access attachments to:
- Enhance our level of security
- Reinforce our commitment to compliance with global data privacy regulations
- Contribute to a more efficient communication flow
Once you are logged into the portal, you will be able to view and download any attachments sent, provided you have access to that ticket (either as a requester or a CC person).
You can also add attachments securely to your requests from the portal. There is an option called Add file or drop files here at the bottom of the request submission form for adding attachments. Attachments can be added to existing tickets in the same way.
What happens if I cannot log in?
If you have not created, or have forgotten your password, there is a Forgot my Password option on the login screen. Enter your registered email address, and you will receive an automated email with a link to follow to choose a new password.
